Next up, the Tomcats face the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 10. Blazer will attempt to better on its 27-8 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 10-19 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY).

With the loss, South Point moves to 12-8 on the year. The Pointers travel to Rock Hill (Ironton, OH) to face the Redmen in a Ohio Valley contest on Tuesday, October 10. The Redmen go into the contest with a record of 3-16. Rock Hill lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Green (Franklin Furnace, OH)
