Utah High School Football - Hillcrest beat Cottonwood

The Hillcrest Huskies football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Cottonwood Colts to 7 in the Huskies league triumph on Wednesday.

The Huskies now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Jordan for a 4A Region 10 test on Wednesday, October 16. Hillcrest will meet a Beetdiggers squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Mountain View (Orem, UT). The Beetdiggers record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Cottonwood drops to 0-9 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Murray (Murray, UT) to meet the Spartans in a 4A Region 10 test on Wednesday, October 16. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-4. Murray lost 36-15 in their recent league test against Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT)
