The West Potomac Wolverines got by the host Oakton Cougars football team by a score of 14-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. West Potomac will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record.
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against South Lakes (Reston, VA). The Seahawks go into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, South Lakes nipped Chantilly (Chantilly, VA), 25-8, in a non-league challenge.
