Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA) followers went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA), 21-8 in a league battle.

With the win, Archbishop Riordan advances its record to 12-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA) to play the Gators in a battle on Monday, October 14. The Gators go into the battle with a record of 3-4.

The Wildcats now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory for a battle on Monday, October 14. St. Ignatius College Preparatory will play a Fightin' Irish team coming off a 36-19 league loss to Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 6-7.
