Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Moorestown Quakers (Moorestown, NJ) and the visiting Cherry Hill West Lions (Cherry Hill, NJ), saw Moorestown's soccer squad hold off Cherry Hill West by a count of 2-1.

The Quakers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Delran (Delran, NJ). The Bears enter the Burlco - Liberty battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Delran Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ), 2-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Lions battle the Our Lady of Mercy Academy Villagers (Newfield, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 12. Cherry Hill West will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Villagers enter the battle with a 10-1 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ).
