The Monticello Mustangs walloped the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights football team by a score of 39-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs play the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 16. Monticello will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to Goochland (Goochland, VA).
The Black Knights (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Louisa County bounced Orange County (Orange, VA), 38-12, in a non-league challenge.
