In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting New Albany Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Salem Lions.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 13-2 record. In their last challenge, Trinity Lutheran lost by Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Bloomington South (Bloomington, IN).
