Georgia High School Softball - Long County bounces Bryan County

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Long County Blue Tide softball team scored a nice 15-3 victory over the Bryan County Redskins.
The Blue Tide (12-10) will now prepare for their match against Islands (Savannah, GA). The Sharks go into the 3A Region 3 match with a 5-13 record. In their last match, Islands was routed by Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA), 16-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Redskins battle the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 11. Bryan County will attempt to better on its 10-11 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the match with a 23-2 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA).
