The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA) and the host Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA), saw Calvary Day's football team bounce Islands by a final score of 42-8.

With the win, Calvary Day advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cavaliers host Johnson (Savannah, GA) to encounter the Atomsmashers in a AAA Region 3 bout on Friday, October 17. The Atomsmashers go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Johnson lost 42-7 in their recent league contest against Beach (Savannah, GA)

Coming up next, the Sharks battle the Windsor Forest Knights (Savannah, GA) in a AAA Region 3 contest, on Friday, October 17. Islands will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 1-6 record after their 49-22 league loss to Long County (Ludowici, GA).
