Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Glastonbury advances its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Guardians host East Hartford (East Hartford, CT) to play the Hornets in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 18. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Red Wolves play the Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 15. Conard will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
