The Lovett Lions edged the host North Clayton Eagles flag football team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions face the Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Lovett will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverdale (Riverdale, GA). The Raiders enter the D2 Area 6 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Riverdale edged Osborne (Marietta, GA), 22-0, in a non-league outing.
