In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Centennial Eagles soccer team scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Oakland Mills Scorpions.

With the triumph, Centennial moves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Atholton (Columbia, MD) to play the Raiders in a Class 3A South I bout on Friday, October 10. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Atholton won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Centennial (Ellicott City, MD)

With the loss, Oakland Mills moves to 0-1 on the year.
