The Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ) soccer nipped the visiting Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ), 1-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now hold a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trenton Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 14. Princeton Day will battle a Tornadoes team coming off a 7-1 league loss to West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ). The Tornadoes record now stands at 0-9.
The Irish (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Big Red enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Lawrenceville School was nipped by Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ), 7-1, in a non-league contest.
