The Ironwood Eagles ran past the visiting Apollo Hawks football squad by a count of 36-6 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McClintock for a test on Thursday, October 16. Ironwood will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 50-12 non-league loss to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ). The Chargers record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Apollo drops to 0-2 on the campaign.
