The Turner Ashby Knights football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Broadway Gobblers to 0 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Knights now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host East Rockingham for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. Turner Ashby will face a Eagles team coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.
The Gobblers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record.
