In Thursday's non-league match, the host Freedom Patriots football squad scored a good 30-22 triumph over the St. Stephens Indians.
The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their match against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league match with a 2-3 record.
