The Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars trounced the host Lakewood Leopards football squad by a margin of 44-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Jaguars now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Tarboro for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 15. Rocky Mount Prep will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 38-0 non-league win over Farmville Central (Farmville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 7-0.

With the defeat, Lakewood drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Leopards host East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, October 16. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 3-3.
