North Carolina High School Football - Salisbury falls to Northwest Cabarrus

The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans felled the visiting Salisbury Hornets football team by a score of 28-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Spiders come into the test with a 0-7 record after their 28-8 non-league loss to Carson (China Grove, NC).

With the defeat, Salisbury drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to meet the Raiders in a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 2-4. South Rowan lost 35-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Jay M. Robinson (Concord, NC)
