The St. Clairsville Red Devils soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Catholic Central Crusaders to 0 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Thursday.
The Red Devils now hold a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Cambridge for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 16. St. Clairsville will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Morgan (McConnelsville, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-9.
The Crusaders (7-8) will now prepare for their game against Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH). The Seminoles enter the non-league game with a 4-11 record. In their last game, Monroe Central held off Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV), 2-1, in a non-league game.
