Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the International High School at Largo Sea Turtles (Largo, MD) and the visiting Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD), saw International High School at Largo's soccer squad knock off Largo by a count of 3-1.

The Sea Turtles (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Wolverines enter the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Potomac by Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD), 3-0, in a league outing.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD) in a Prince George's County 1A/2A/3A test, on Wednesday, October 15. Largo will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 0-9 record after their 7-0 league loss to Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD).
