The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 11-8. Cornerstone Christian won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA)

The Red Devils now own a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miramonte for a Diablo-Valley battle on Tuesday, October 14. Mt. Diablo will encounter a Matadors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Washington (Fremont, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 13-5.
