West Virginia High School Volleyball - Buffalo over Riverside

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV) and the host Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), observed Buffalo's volleyball team top Riverside by a tally of 2-0.

The Bison (10-17) will now prepare for their contest against Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Generals go into the non-league test with a 25-10 record. In their last test, Winfield was defeated by St. Albans (St. Albans, WV), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 9-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln County for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 14. Riverside will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 5-21.
