The Cary Academy Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Trinity Academy Tigers to 0 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Chargers now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Durham Academy for a NCISAA Triangle Independent outing on Friday, October 10. Cary Academy will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-6.
