In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Chanhassen Storm volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the St. Louis Park Orioles.
The Storm (20-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Winona (Winona, MN). The Winhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 6-12 record. In their last challenge, Winona was beaten by Austin (Austin, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Orioles meet the Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN) in a Metro West test, on Saturday, October 11. St. Louis Park will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Red Knights go into the test with a 14-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Orono (Long Lake, MN).
