Nebraska High School Volleyball - Twin River Cross County

Cross County Cougars (Stromsburg, NE) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Cross County advances its record to 18-8 on the season. The Cougars host Shelton (Shelton, NE) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 14. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 20-3. Shelton won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE)

The Titans now sport a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newman Grove/St. Edward for a non-league test on Monday, October 13. Twin River will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Nebraska Christian (Central City, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 11-10.
