The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons (Fertile, MN) volleyball knocked off the host Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds (Mahnomen, MN), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] for a non-league match on Saturday, October 11. Fertile-Beltrami will battle a Northern Freeze squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Goodridge/Grygla (Goodridge, MN). The Northern Freeze record now stands at 10-11.

The Thunderbirds (6-16) will now prepare for their match against Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN). The Titans enter the non-league match with a 3-14 record.
