In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Francis Parker Wyverns volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Iroquois Raiders.
The Wyverns (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (Louisville, KY). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Valley was defeated by Fairdale (Fairdale, KY), 2-1, in a league test.
The Raiders now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fern Creek for a non-league test on Monday, October 13. Iroquois will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to LKY (Louisville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 11-14.
