The Giltner Hornets topped the visiting Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Hornets play the Grand Island Lutheran Lightning (Grand Island, NE) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 11. Giltner will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Lightning come into the outing with a 14-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Blue Hill (Blue Hill, NE).

With the loss, Wilcox-Hildreth drops to 2-21 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league outing on Monday, October 13. The Buffaloes come into the outing with a record of 14-10. Elm Creek won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Gibbon (Gibbon, NE)
