In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Wilton/Wing Miners volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Mandaree Warriors.
With the win, Wilton/Wing improves its record to 6-7 on the season. The Miners host New Salem (New Salem, ND) to face the Holsteins in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 14. The Holsteins go into the test with a record of 7-2.
The Warriors now own a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a B - Region 8 District 15 challenge on Monday, October 13. Mandaree will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tioga (Tioga, ND). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-8.
