The Tolono Unity Rockets tipped the host Prairie Central Hawks volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's league outing.
The Rockets now possess a 14-10 record. They play next when they host Paxton-Buckley-Loda for a Illini Prairie outing on Tuesday, October 14. Tolono Unity will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lexington (Lexington, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 9-11.
With the loss, Prairie Central falls to 14-11 on the year. The Hawks host Monticello (Monticello, IL) to confront the Sages in a Illini Prairie match on Tuesday, October 14. The Sages enter the match with a record of 14-8. Monticello lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL)
