New Mexico High School Volleyball - Socorro overwhelmed by Quemado

The Quemado Eagles topped the visiting Socorro Warriors volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Eagles now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Reserve for a 1A District 2 outing on Thursday, October 16. Quemado will play a Mountaineers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Animas (Animas, NM). The Mountaineers record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Socorro drops to 2-12 on the campaign. The Warriors host Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Dragons in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. The Dragons come into the outing with a record of 1-11. Monte Del Sol Charter lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
