Acorn Tigers (Mena, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cossatot River Eagles (Cove, AR), 91-70 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Acorn upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Cedarville (Cedarville, AR) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Friday, November 18. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Caddo Hills Indians (Norman, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 4. Cossatot River will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
