Virginia High School Volleyball - Kempsville tips Kellam

November 1, 2023: Virginia Beach, VA 23464

Kempsville Chiefs (Virginia Beach, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Chiefs clash with the Ocean Lakes Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, November 7. Kempsville will attempt to advance on its 23-2 season record. The Dolphins come into the match with a 18-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Hickory (Chesapeake, VA).

With the loss, Kellam drops to 17-8 on the campaign.

This match is a part of the 2023 VHSL Boys Volleyball Region Brackets (Virginia) - Class 5 Region A tournament
