Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Adams Cougars (Dallas, TX), 20-18 in a league battle.

With the win, Sunset improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Bison travel to West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to play the Wranglers in a 5A-1 Region II District 6 battle on Thursday, November 7. The Wranglers go into the battle with a record of 9-0. West Mesquite won 20-13 in their recent league battle against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX)

The Cougars now have a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Molina for a 5A-1 Region II District 6 battle on Thursday, November 7. Adams will play a Jaguars team coming off a 34-30 league win over Turner (Carrollton, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-6.
