Texas High School Football - Weatherford prevails Boswell

In Friday's league match, the host Weatherford Kangaroos football squad scored a good 17-9 triumph over the Boswell Pioneers.

The Kangaroos (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Mansfield (Mansfield, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region I District 3 match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Mansfield went down by North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX), 59-11, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Pioneers meet the Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) in a 6A Region I District 3 match, on Friday, November 8. Boswell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-8 record after their 38-14 league loss to Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX).
