The Estill County Engineers felled the host Bourbon County Colonels football team by a score of 56-36 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Engineers play the Rockcastle County Rockets (Mt. Vernon, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 8. Estill County will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Rockets go into the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 43-22 non-league win over Casey County (Liberty, KY).
The Colonels (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against East Carter (Grayson, KY). The Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, East Carter was dropped by Martin County (Inez, KY), 42-28, in a non-league challenge.
