Arizona High School Football - Browne prevails South Mountain

In Friday's league match, the host Browne Bruins football squad scored a good 29-14 triumph over the South Mountain Jaguars.

The Bruins (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Fairfax (Laveen, AZ). The Stampede come into the 5A Metro match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Fairfax was beaten by Camelback (Phoenix, AZ), 55-20, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Jaguars confront the North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro match, on Friday, November 8. South Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 2-7 record after their 21-20 league loss to Central (Phoenix, AZ).
