Delaware High School Football - Dover sneaks past Cape Henlopen

The Dover Senators football squad scored 27 points and held the host Cape Henlopen Vikings to 24 in the Senators league victory on Friday.
In their next game, the Senators face the Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE) in a 3A District 2 challenge, on Friday, November 8. Dover will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Riders enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 41-0 league loss to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE).
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their test against St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE). The Hawks come into the 3A District 2 test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, St. Georges Tech edged Smyrna (Smyrna, DE), 19-6, in a league test.
