In Friday's non-league game, the Castlewood Blue Devils (Castlewood, VA) football team overcame the visiting Hurley Rebels (Hurley, VA), by a tally of 20-6.
In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Eastside Spartans (Coeburn, VA) in a Cumberland game, on Friday, November 8. Castlewood will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 8-1 record after their 35-0 non-league win over River View (Bradshaw, WV).
