The Clarke Prep Gators football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Jackson Academy Eagles to 30 in the Gators non-league triumph on Friday.

The Gators now hold a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chambers Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, November 7. Clarke Prep will meet a Rebels squad coming off a 57-6 non-league win over Abbeville Christian Academy (Abbeville, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 9-1.

With the defeat, Jackson Academy drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lowndes Academy (Lowndesboro, AL) to meet the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, November 8. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 9-0. Lowndes Academy won 44-12 in their recent non-league test against Morgan Academy (Selma, AL)
