The East Poinsett County Warriors football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Des Arc Eagles to 30 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marked Tree for a 2A Region 2 test on Thursday, November 7. East Poinsett County will meet a Indians squad coming off a 40-28 league loss to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR). The Indians record now stands at 6-3.

With the defeat, Des Arc drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to McCrory (McCrory, AR) to meet the Jaguars in a 2A Region 2 test on Thursday, November 7. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 6-3. McCrory won 34-6 in their recent league test against Lee (Marianna, AR)
