The West Caldwell Warriors football team (Lenoir, NC), dropped 28-7 in Friday's league bout with the host East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC)

With the win, East Burke advances its record to 2-6 on the season. The Cavaliers host Bandys (Catawba, NC) to encounter the Trojans in a 2A Catawba Valley bout on Saturday, November 9. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Bandys lost 54-53 in their recent league bout against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC)

The Warriors now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Bunker Hill for a 2A Catawba Valley bout on Friday, November 8. West Caldwell will encounter a Bears team coming off a 54-53 league win over Bandys (Catawba, NC). The Bears record now stands at 7-2.
