Arkansas High School Football - Foreman thwarted by Gurdon

Gurdon Go-Devils (Gurdon, AR) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Foreman Gator Arkansas (Foreman, AR), 45-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Gurdon advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Go-Devils travel to Dierks (Dierks, AR) to play the Outlaws in a 2A Region 3 battle on Thursday, November 7. The Outlaws go into the battle with a record of 6-3. Dierks won 18-8 in their recent league battle against Mineral Springs (Mineral Springs, AR)

The Gator Arkansas now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Lafayette County for a 2A Region 3 battle on Thursday, November 7. Foreman will play a Cougars team coming off a 35-28 league loss to Junction City (Junction City, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 3-6.
