Louisiana High School Football - Salmen tipped by Hammond

November 1, 2024: Slidell, LA 70451

The Salmen Spartans football team (Slidell, LA), was tipped 19-14 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA)

With the win, Hammond advances its record to 5-4 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA) to encounter the Green Wave in a 5A District 6 bout on Friday, November 8. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Ponchatoula lost 33-9 in their recent league bout against Covington (Covington, LA)

The Spartans now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chalmette for a 5A District 7 test on Friday, November 8. Salmen will meet a Owls squad coming off a 31-21 league win over Slidell (Slidell, LA). The Owls record now stands at 7-3.
