Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Woodland Bobcats (Woodland, AL), 48-28 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Horseshoe Bend advances its record to 6-4 on the season. The Generals travel to Providence Christian (Dothan, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, November 8. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 8-2. Providence Christian lost 45-7 in their recent non-league battle against Houston Academy (Dothan, AL)

The Bobcats now own a 2-8 record.
