The Somerville Yeguas football squad scored 2 points and limited the visiting McDade Bulldogs to 0 in the Yeguas league triumph on Friday.
The Yeguas now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Milano for a 2A-2 Region IV District 13 test on Friday, November 8. Somerville will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 34-31 league win over Bartlett (Bartlett, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, McDade drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Snook (Snook, TX) to meet the Bluejays in a 2A-2 Region IV District 13 test on Friday, November 8. The Bluejays come into the test with a record of 0-9. Snook lost 35-8 in their recent league test against Granger (Granger, TX)
