Arkansas High School Football - Valley View tops Nettleton

November 1, 2024: Jonesboro, AR 72404

The Valley View Blazers football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Nettleton Raiders to 20 in the Blazers league triumph on Friday.

The Blazers now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Batesville for a 5A East test on Friday, November 8. Valley View will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 31-14 league win over Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Nettleton drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Wynne (Wynne, AR) to meet the Yellowjackets in a 5A East test on Friday, November 8. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 6-3. Wynne lost 42-18 in their recent league test against Harding Academy (Searcy, AR)
