Texas High School Football - New Braunfels winner over Seguin

November 1, 2024: Seguin, TX 78155

The New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) football knocked off the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 41-24 in Friday's league outing.

The Unicorns now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Wagner for a 5A-1 Region IV District 13 outing on Friday, November 8. New Braunfels will clash with a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 31-26 league loss to Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Seguin drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Matadors travel to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Brahmas in a 5A-1 Region IV District 13 outing on Saturday, November 9. The Brahmas come into the outing with a record of 1-8. MacArthur lost 70-0 in their recent league outing against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX)
