Texas High School Football - Sunray triumphant over Sanford-Fritch

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Sunray Bobcats (Sunray, TX) and the host Sanford-Fritch Eagles (Fritch, TX), witnessed Sunray's football squad wallop Sanford-Fritch by a tally of 49-0.

The Bobcats (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against West Texas (Stinnett, TX). The Comanches enter the 2A-1 Region I District 1 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, West Texas crushed Spearman (Spearman, TX), 28-27, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Eagles battle the Highland Park Hornets (Amarillo, TX) in a 2A-1 Region I District 1 contest, on Friday, November 8. Sanford-Fritch will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 64-0 league loss to Panhandle (Panhandle, TX).
