With the win, Franklin improves its record to 23-18 on the season. The Lions host Anderson (Austin, TX) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, November 1. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 27-9. Anderson won 3-0 in their recent league test against Navarro (Austin, TX)

The Fighting Owls now own a 29-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazos for a non-league test on Monday, November 4.
